A: We use USPS First Class Package & USPS Priority Mail for most orders.
International orders can select the shipping carrier of choice at check out.
A: Our system does not allow us to ship to a PO BOX address.
Instead, you will need to use the physical address of the post office where your PO BOX is located as your address, and then list your "PO BOX " as "UNIT "

A: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Additional customs charges may also apply.
A: All of our PREORDER listings have an estimated ship date located in the description section of the listing. Each product may have a different ship date, so check the individual product listing of the item you purchased.
Please note that this is an estimated ship date and we cannot guarantee the exact date listed. We are still experiencing some delays with importing materials. If there are any delays with the original ship dates, we will update the date in the listing and contact you via email.
We assure you we are doing everything in our power to make sure we get you your purchases on time :)
A: All orders will ship together in ONE shipment. If you want multiple shipments we recommend ordering preorders separately from regular items, or contact us after placing your order and we can add additional shipping for you.
A: Buyers are responsible for entering coupon codes before checking out and processing your order. We are not able to apply any discounts after you've already processed your payment.
A: Only one discount can be used at a time. If an automatic discount is already applied to your order, coupon codes will not work. If you are experiencing a different issue with a coupon code please email us before you check out, and send a screen shot of your cart with the coupon code you're trying to enter.
