All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, during normal business days M-F. We print your shipping label + order form within those 24-48 hours M-F, and then prepare your order. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information, once we print your shipping label, and your order will typically go out the following business day. If your shipping label is printed on a Friday, please know that it may not go out in the mail until the next business day, Monday. 

We ship all orders USPS First Class mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive to the destination. Each shipment includes a tracking number. USPS does lose packages during busy shipping seasons, and lost packages are entirely out of our hands. Once the package leaves us and is in the hands of USPS, we have no control over the route and destination of your package. In the even that your package does get lost, we will do our best to work with you on replacing your items. Please understand that as a Small Business, we would be taking a loss at that point, and you may be required to pay for additional shipping.

There is an option to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority mail. Priority mail includes a tracking number and up to $50 in insurance to cover lost packages. There is a price increase with Priority mail, and pricing will show when you select that shipping option at check out. USPS Priority mail typically arrives in 1-3 business days, once shipped. 

As mentioned above, in most cases, once we print your shipping label and order form, your order is shipped out the following business day M-F. ​


Gold-plated – Gold-plating is a thin layer of solid gold applied to a brass base. The gold plating shine will wear off over time leaving the wire a duller gold than it was originally. It does not stand up to heat or water. Recommend you take off any jewelry prior to showering or washing hands. It will not turn your finger green or leave a black mark on your finger. It's simply an affordable alternative to gold-filled wire!

Gold-filled - Gold-filled is not to be confused with solid gold. It is made of several layers of 14k gold plating with a much thicker plating and thinner base metal. Gold filled wire is tarnish resistant and does not flake off, turn colors, or lose it's shine!

Jewelry can break just like any other item we purchase, and if this happens to your precious handmade Wired By ALP jewels we will be happy to fix it for you! Contact us via email for details. Include pictures and an explanation of what's broken, and we will do our best to work with you on fixing the repairs!  


All orders in the state of GA are applicable to 8% sales tax. All other states are exempt. Taxes are automatically calculated at check out! 

Wholesale orders are exempt from sales tax. It is the wholesale buyers responsibility to pay sales tax on all wholesale orders. 


We do not give out information on where we purchase our materials from. We shop with many different wholesale vendors, from all around the world! If you do your own research, you'll find places to buy materials from ♥  


Yes, we take custom order requests! Please email us with your full request details. Custom orders will have a longer turn around time, as we are adding your order into our regular business operations. If we do not already have your materials in stock, we will have to source them at retail rate vs the bulk cost we purchase our materials for. You will be responsible for all material cost + the shipping costs for materials to arrive to us + a custom order fee + labor and overhead + additional shipping if you need your order shipped. We are not a custom order jewelry business, but we are happy to help our customers with personalized items if it's something we can make or source!

During the Holiday season, the cut off date for custom orders is November 1st. We resume custom orders January 15th.

Like anything we purchase, your jewelry can break. Handle your jewelry with care, and they’ll be less likely to break. We offer repair services, see details in our shop policies section.


Oxidization and tarnish can happen to any metal, so clean your jewelry as needed. Metals such as Gold Filled, Sterling Silver, Brass, Copper, and Stainless Steel can be polished to restore shine with any jewelry polish. My favorite cleaner is “Wright’s Silver Cream.” You can get it at Walmart for $5

For longer lasting wear, remove your jewels before entering water and wipe down after each use and remove your body oils from the jewelry. Gold filled, Sterling Silver, and Stainless Steel can get wet, polish as needed. 


Stretch bracelets can and will stretch out over time. For longer lasting tighter fit, remove/ put on one bracelet at a time to avoid excessive stretching.


Do not allow children to play with beads or let them place any jewelry pieces in their mouths. In the event that jewelry breaks, they may accidentally ingest or choke on the jewelry parts. All jewelry parts can be a choking hazard, especially for any children under the age of 5. Never suck or chew on your jewelry. Please keep yourself and little ones safe!   


Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are unfortunately experiencing some delays in sourcing materials. Our website shows accurate quantities of items in stock. If for any reason we encounter COVID-19 delays with your order we will keep you informed!
