CANCELLATIONS:

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Buyer must request a cancellation before item has shipped. Orders ship within 24-48 hours. The earlier you request a cancellation the better for us both! 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: 

Custom Orders – Anything that is personalized, altered, or ordered specifically per the buyer’s request. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. 

  

We accept returns on all other items, except items purchased on sale. All sale purchases are final. Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your items, this will be based on the purchase date or shipping confirmation date if your order was shipped. Contact us via Email at WiredbyALP@gmail.com to request your refund. Please include your order number and details on why you'd like a refund.  

  

Buyer must provide a receipt of purchase and the item must be unworn and within its original packaging. If any tags are ripped, package is missing, or jewelry appears worn, we will not accept the return.  Returns are to be shipped back to us, at the buyer’s expense. Any re-shipping is also the buyer’s responsibility. 

  

Exchanges can be made, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please include your full name, order number, purchase date, phone number, payment method, and return address if re-shipping is needed. Buyer is responsible for re-shipping cost. Cost is determined based on the order. We will contact you for payment on shipping.
